Earlier this week we here at The Junkluggers of Southwest Las Vegas had the absolute pleasure of performing a job for Amik Robertson, the starting cornerback for the Las Vegas Raiders! Amik had recently moved into a new home and needed some help clearing out some of the waste items from the move and decided to give us a call.

We can confirm that not only is Amik a great talent on the field but is also a fantastic person off the field as well! He was kind enough to take the time to take pictures and sign some autographs for our luggers Anthony and Geoff while they were on site with him!

We recently had a customer call and had a desperate need for a same day junk removal. They were preparing to move and had to have the items out as soon as possible.

One thing that we always try to do during bigger jobs is organize. The reason that we take the extra time to do this and most other companies don't is that we have plans for where we are going to take the items that we receive on a job and not just throw them all out at a dump.

Our luggers are constantly trying to find the most efficient way to sort items in the back of the truck so they can easily off load them at donation and recycling centers around town. Different donation centers take different items as do recycling centers and our luggers are trained to think about what items are going where.

Would it be easier and more convenient to just pile everything up and take it to the dump? Absolutely. This was a rather strange job for a customer in North Las Vegas. Someone had broken into their home and attempted to steal their fridge and after realizing it was too big to move out through some of the doorways they had gotten in through they left it as far as they had dragged it. This customer called us needing help to get the fridge back into it's niche where it belonged and we were happy to do so!

This was a love seat we removed for a customer in Summerlin, Nevada. They had new furniture arriving and we were able to remove their old love seat before the new one was delivered!
